About the Program

The "Love Shouldn't Hurt" program is designed to educate and empower each person to see the value in themselves.  It supports participants to improve their skills and increase their self-awareness to fully understand why they do what they do.  It will give each participant the power they need to make the adjustments necessary to eliminate relationships that no longer serve them while developing into the best versions of themselves. 

This program is for everyone who wants to learn all the skills required to establish strong, successful, and healthy relationships.  This program will focus on: 

• What is Domestic Violence
• Identifying red flags & warning signs 
• Types of Abuse
• Cycle of Violence
• Barriers to leaving and what NOT to say
• Different types of relationships
• How to Identify when your relationship goes bad and who's impacted
• Boundary Setting
• Communication
• Affirming and Loving Yourself
• Decision Making
• Celebrating Yourself

Date: 

March 21st-June 13th (12 consecutive weeks)

Time:   

10am - 12pm on Saturdays (one session per week)
