The "Love Shouldn't Hurt" 12-week program educates and empowers each person to see the value in themselves. It supports participants to improve their skills and increase their self-awareness to understand why they do what they do fully. It will give each participant the power to make the necessary adjustments to eliminate relationships that no longer serve them or better manage them while developing into the best versions of themselves.
