Methods:
1. Self-Awareness
2. Self-Confidence
3. Self-Development
We believe that increased knowledge of healthy boundaries, effective communication, and identifying red flags and warning signs, are critical practices to increasing self-awareness and avoiding unhealthy relationships.
We believe that high personal value, established through increased self-confidence enables youth, women, and their families to make better decisions and to respond to toxicity and negativity in a healthy way. Personal high value allows to create healthy relationships and eliminate things and people that do not add value.
We believe that building the right support team is shaped through self-development. We don't attract that which we desire, we attract that which we are. Become empowered through self-development to create that solid and trusted support team who will stand with you and for you to both avoid and recover from intimate partner violence.
